The targeting of civilians and critical civilian infrastructure constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and must cease. Threats to commercial shipping and freedom of navigation are equally unacceptable, given their broader impact on global trade and economic stability.

Ukraine reaffirms its firm support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Saudi Arabia. Those responsible for attacks on civilians, civilian infrastructure and commercial shipping must be held accountable in accordance with international law".
