The Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in Saudi Arabia performs notarial services for Ukrainian and foreign citizens. We can only provide a very limited range of notarial and documentary services, which are Power of Attorney (POA), acknowledgment of applicant’s signatures, certification of translation and certification of true copies.

Notarial services are done in Ukrainian language only.

In most cases, the document will be processed the same day.

Please be aware that the consul may refuse any notarial service when:

– the document will be used in transactions that may be prohibited by Ukrainian law;

– the consular officer believes that the document will be used for a purpose that is unlawful, improper or inimical to the best interests of Ukraine;

– the applicant hasn’t submitted sufficient documents or proof for notarization.

Consular officers are prohibited from giving legal advice or acting as witnesses. If you are unsure of the legislative requirements relating to the notarial service you require, you should seek independent legal advice.

Fees paid for notarial services are non-refundable. Please note, that the consular officer does not take responsibility for the content of the document.
