On August 25, 2026, with the support of the Embassy, representatives of the Ukrainian and Saudi Arabian governmental and business communities held a joint online meeting.

The meeting was attended by the leadership of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ukraine–Saudi Arabia Joint Business Council (JBC), the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, as well as representatives of major businesses. The Saudi side was represented by officials from the Federation of Saudi Chambers, heads of the JBC’s relevant committees, and the General Authority for Foreign Trade of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, the sides discussed practical steps to deepen trade and economic cooperation, facilitate direct business-to-business contacts, and implement joint projects aimed at increasing bilateral trade.

Increasing trade turnover between Ukraine and Saudi Arabia remains a key priority of Ukraine’s diplomatic service.
