1. Saudi and Omani citizens DO NOT REQUIRE VISAto enter UKRAINE (for short-term stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period).
ATTENTION! NO ELECTRONIC VISA OR VISA UPON ARRIVAL REQUIRED.
2.GENERAL INSURANCE that has a minimum of €30 000 or equivalentcoverage SHOULD BE PRESENTED at UKRAINIAN BORDER and could be obtained in any Saudi/Omani insurance company.
3. DURING the coronavirus pandemic it is REQUIRED to present at UKRAINIAN BORDER SPECIAL INSURANCE which covers the cost of COVID-19 treatment and observation valid for the period of stay in Ukraine. You can buy it from any authorized UKRAINIAN INSURANCE COMPANY (ONLINE).
ATTENTION! GENERAL INSURANCE does NOT RELEASE FROM THE OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SPECIAL INSURANCE which covers the cost of COVID-19 treatment and observation valid for the period of stay in Ukraine.
4. DURING the coronavirus pandemic it is REQUIRED to present at UKRAINIAN BORDER one of the following documents:
- A NEGATIVE RESULT of COVID-19 PCR test, taken not more than 72 hours before crossing the state border;
- rapid test for the detection of coronavirus antigen SARS-CoV-2, which was conducted no more than 72 hours before crossing the state border;
-a document confirming receipt of a full course of vaccination from COVID-19 vaccines included in the WHO list of permitted for use in emergencies.
ATTENTION! THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH THE STAMP OR OFFICIAL/AUTORIZED QR-CODE).
ATTENTION!!! In the absence of the mentioned documents, an authorized official of the state border protection unit shall deny foreigner to cross the state border.
