Outgoing consular service will be provided at the premises of the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in the city of Muscat, located at the address: Sultanate of Oman, Muscat, P.O.Box 3484, Ruwi P.C. 112 Location: 2nd floor, Al Ghubra House Building, North AL Ghubra.

If your consular action concerns issues of notary or citizenship or the extension of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad, the validity of which has expired, please send a letter in advance to the e-mail address [email protected], indicating in the subject of the letter "CONSUL MUSCAT" and attaching supporting documents.

Please note that due to technical limitations regarding the need to take biometric data, it is impossible to submit documents for issuing passport of Ukraine for travelling abroad (to persons over the age of 12).

Please be informed, that all issues regarding issuing or exchanging internal passports of citizen of Ukraine (ID cards) as well as temporary or permanent residence cards are not provided by the diplomatic missions of Ukraine abroad!   

The Apostille procedure is recognized in the Sultanate of Oman. In case of need for legalization of documents, please pay attention to the following aspects:

- If the document is issued in Ukraine, it must first be legalized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

- If the document is issued in the Sultanate of Oman, it must first be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman.
