Comment of the Ambassador of Ukraine to the KSA: "Honored to represent Ukraine on the Ministerial Meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS. 

Since 2014 russia employs terrorism as one of the tools of its hybrid aggression against Ukraine. Only few days ago russian troops blew up the dam of Kakhovka HPP thus creating one of the worst technogenic catastrophe of XXI century. 

International community must exert every possible effort to stop russian terrorism perpetrated on our territory. russia must be expelled out of Ukraine with everyone responsible brought to justice. With no exceptions."
