Foreign nationals and stateless persons enter the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol in accordance with the legislation and international treaties of Ukraine.
Foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Ukraine should contact the Embassy or Consulate of Ukraine abroad in order to obtain a relevant vignette.
Foreign nationals from countries with visa-free regime can stay in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol provided that they have crossed the state border of Ukraine through open international border-check points with relevant stamps put into their passport documents or immigration cards.
Foreign nationals and stateless persons violating Ukraine’s legislation during entry or stay on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol shall be held liable under laws of Ukraine and may be subject to international sanctions as those supporting temporary occupation of the part of the territory of Ukraine
